The Hunger Games Premiere Monday 12th 2012

I'm sure you have all heard about the "Hunger "Games"? It's the latest young adult Movie to hit the big screens since the Twilight Saga and is probably going to dethrone Twilight as it is  is about to come to an end with the second part of Breaking Dawn the final instalment to be released in November 2012.
The Hunger Games which is opening in theatres on March 23rd is based on the best selling young adult Novel "The Hunger Games" author Suzanne Collins and directed by Gary Ross.

The Hunger Games is about a Government controlled post apocalyptic world  called "Panem" in which every year one boy and one girl aged 12 to 18 "a tribute"  from each of the 12 districts surrounding the Capital are selected by a lottery known as reaping to compete in a TV battle in which only one person can survive. The winner receives honours, gifts, food etc. It also serves as a yearly reminder of the Capitals Authority.
The Hunger Games is the first novel in the trilogy followed by Catching Fire and Mockingjay. The main characters are Jennifer laurance as Katniss, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta and Liam Hemsworth as Gale.

The premiere took place on Monday night 13th March 2012 in LA at the Nokia Theatre and the  cast an guests walked the black carpet Jennifer Laurance 21 was stunning in a Prabal Gurung dress with Jimmy Choo shoes and Jacob & Co black diamond earings with a beautiful Jennifer Behr headpiece. Liam Hemsworth wore Dolce and Gabanna and girlfriend Miley Cyrus wore a Pucci two piece bustiere  and full skirt showing her mid-drift. Eliabeth Banks wore a bright orange Versace dress. The movie also stars Stanley Tucci, Donald Sutherland and Woody Harelson.
